I was born very close to the border between Maine and Canada in the St. John Valley, and I’ve lived in the northeast my entire life. I graduated with a degree in Accounting from Bryant University in Rhode Island, and I earned an MBA at Southern New Hampshire University. After that, I worked in the public and private accounting field working for a number of years before switching to the insurance industry. I taught Accounting at Husson University in Bangor, ME for eight years as well.
I’m glad to be back in the Bangor area now, where my wife, Louise, and I stay very active with our church community. We have three children — all of which have graduated college and are spread throughout the Northeast.
